Adults only, enforced

AI Companions is for people aged 18 and over. Every companion carries a minimum age of 18 that we enforce on our side, so a character below that age cannot exist here at all. Character avatars pass automated moderation before publication and are re-reviewed on report.

Zero tolerance for content involving minors

Any attempt to create a character that appears to be a minor, or to steer a conversation toward a minor, results in immediate permanent account closure and, where legally required, a report to the relevant authorities. This applies regardless of intent or framing, and there is no appeals process for it.

SFW by policy

Sexually explicit text and imagery are outside our content policy. Requests are refused in the conversation and blocked by our moderation. Accounts that repeatedly attempt to bypass this are closed. This is a product decision, not a temporary limitation we plan to lift.

How moderation actually works

• Character text and images pass automated classification before they become public.
• Every moderation decision is written to an append-only audit log.
• User-created companions are private by default and are never indexed by search engines until reviewed.
• Reported content is re-reviewed by a human within one business day.

Reporting something

Email {email} with the character or conversation URL. Safety reports jump the support queue. If you believe content involves a minor, say so in the subject line and we will treat it as urgent.

Your conversations

Conversations are readable only by the account that created them. We enforce that on our side, not just in the interface, so a bug in the app cannot expose them. You can delete any conversation, or your entire account and all its data, from your settings at any time.
